元宵节，我们吃糖球！We ate 'red candy balls' on Lantern Festival?!
上周五是正月十五，也是中国传统佳节——元宵节。这一天，中国人会吃元宵，看花灯，猜灯谜，来作为新年活动的结束，迎接年后工作的开始。
Last Friday was the 15th day of the Lunar New Year, also called ‘Yuanxiao Jie’(Lantern Festival),which is one of the most important traditional Chinese festivals. To celebrate this day, Chinese people eat “yuanxiao”,a kind of dumplings made from sticky rice and with sweet fillings,watch or make lanterns, and guess lantern riddles. The Lantern Festival usually concludes the New Year celebration.
而在青岛，我们还有一项更为盛大的活动，当然就是糖球会!为了 庆祝元宵佳节，我们也一起去逛糖球会啦!
Besides, we have a bigger event in Qingdao. The Tangqiu hui Fair! There we can taste snacks from all over China and see many traditional toys or artware. On Friday, 19 students and 4 teachers from XMandarin went there together, spent a relaxed day~
