春日饮茶去。The tea art event.

春天来了，大家纷纷换上了春日的装扮，收起了严冬的疲惫，准备迎来新生。在一个阳光和煦的正午，静坐听风，饮醉喝茶，大概是春天里最美妙惬意的事情了。
    As the spring approaching, everyone has put away their tiredness from the winter, and ready to meet a brand new life. In a sunny and easeful morning, sitting in a cozy room and drinking tea could be the most pleasing thing in spring.
 
      上周六，XMandarin的学生们，就一起来到学校附近的舒适小院，共同体验了一次惬意的饮茶、看茶艺表演、了解中国茶艺知识的文化之旅。
    That was what we did last Saturday!  Students from XMandarin went to a tea house near the school. We watched the Tea art show, tasted Chinese tea , spent a relaxing morning together.

活动当天，老师为我们准备了三种茶：白茶、乌龙茶和普洱茶。来参加活动的同学，一次就品尝到了这三种不同传统的中国茶种，真是非常幸运啦！
The tea art teacher prepared 3 different tea for us: white tea, oolong tea, and puer tea. Students who joined this event were lucky XD
 
活动开始前，老师先为我们介绍了关于这些茶的知识。
The teacher also introduced the history and tips about these tea.

白茶
báichá
White tea is an ancient type of tea. It was once a rare and treasured tea reserved. It is made from the same tea
plant, Camellia sinensis, used to make green and black teas, but uses special white tea varieties, and is minimally processed.

乌龙茶
wūlónɡchá
Oolong tea is one of the most distinctive tea categories in China. Oolong tea is a kind of tea with excellent quality, which is produced by the processes of de - enzyming, withering carving, rocking green, semi - fermentation,and baking.

普洱茶
pǔ'ěrchá
Pu 'er tea is mainly produced in Xishuangbanna, Pu 'er and other areas in Yunnan province. its drinking methods are rich, which can be drunk both clearly and mixed. Pu 'er tea tea soup orange thick, high sharp lasting aroma, unique flavor, strong taste alcohol, durable bubble.

老师用普洱茶为我们进行了茶艺的展示。
And the teacher showed how to "make" tea with puer tea.

 在一片欢声笑语中，我们今天的活动结束了。同学们学会了新的知识，收获了新的文化体验。
Our activity today is over in laughter. The students learned new knowledge and gained new cultural experience.
